sa akoa lang ha, wala pako kasulay sagol sa food ug VCO since mahal man tong VCO nga akong gipalit gud, wait pako sa stocks ni dark_rott, heheheh
but massage nako ako rott w/VCO, akong na-observe kay
1. dili na kaayo baga iyang callouse
2. nice ang coat, oil gud, hehehe
3. mas nicer iyang smell ron, unlike sauna nga wala pa sya nag-use VCO, pasudlon lang intawn namo sa house if bag-ong ligo kay if malabyan na 48 hours gkan sa ligo baho na, for me lang tolerable lang man ang baho but akong sis dili kaantus, karon bisan wlay ligo basta nakahiso lang VCO, pwede na kaayo sulod-gawas sa house.

ask lang ko, unsay method para mag butang ani nya sa skin. i got a shihtzu-pekinese dog. Nice ni para munindut iyang hair. after ni maligo i-apply? and i-rinse pa ni after? if so, how long before i-rinse?

apply lang ang VCO 30 mins before bathing time. Pra mo improve iya coat and skin, give atleast 2 tbsp a day..mix sa iyang dog food, or directly ihatag nya.
