mamatay gyud ug samot ang small businesses ana specially sa downtown..naay ga ingun nako. putting another mall in cebu will not have as much impact in cebu's economy as what labor-demanding-industries would do . it will just transfer the purchasing trend of the cebuanos, from ayala or SM to the new mall..

we do need more malls... i dont believe na mamatay jud ang small businesses ky dili ana kadatu na ang cebuanos. we still do need small businesses ky medyo barato ra ila prices dnha. ang malls are merely for kaon2x n pabugnaw n watching cinemas. it would also create more jobs since dghan sad work needed there. kung mamatay gani small businesses its all bcoz of the government ky dili mgpaki sa peace n order especially sa uptown and downtown areas. malls are much safer so dats y we need it more. =)

A Mal of Asia-size mall for Cebu would be nice, even though there's that perception that small businesses will suffer.

A large mall like that would best suit the SRP, a place I rarely go to.

SMX siguro ni mga bro. I heard it from a very reliable source. Parehas ni atong tapad sa Mall of Asia. Mao ni ila bigger activity center.

The talk about a MOA in Cebu makes sense. I find SM City looking small and dated.
