Prostitution can never be legalized because any law that will legalize it will be unconstitutional since it would be against public morals, decency and public policy.

ngano di man pwede ma legalize kon i-approved sa legislature. pasalamat lng ta nga conservative mga pinoy mao bawal pirmi. legal gud na sa uban tungod kay gi approved sa ila balaod ug accceptable ra pod sa ilang non-conservative society.

Legalizing prostitution will bring out more problems. We do not want to see women in the trade become younger and soon teeners and minors and then we get the problems with westerners abusing and takling advantage of our people.
not to mention the negative image we get from the international community.
And bottomline.... MORALLY it is wrong. If we want to remain the Christian nation that we are, then we need to stand up against legalizing prostitution.
I don't see why not. It'll happen whether it is legal or not ... might as well regulate it and profit from it.
