TESDA? until ang mentality sa pinoy nga mas prefered ang dawat ug limpyo kaysa maghago mausab this will not really work 100%, ive seen it before not once but multiple times, yeah its great to teach them to fish, but do you know after you leave? you gave them tools, then will just sell it because its better to work in the city, this is all too familliar to me when is till live in mindanao, livelihood is only effective if people accept it and live by it, but apparently we all grow up in a society that we are told to go to school to have a diploma and get a job... untill that mentality remains... it will never gonna work 100%, if it does then thats good... we just have to reform the basic unit of our society before we can implement better things. so the change should rest on the current generations to pass it down to their kids...

i couldn't agree more... well you cant expect all govt employees to be the jack-of-all trades... alang naman sad mangutana ka sa guard kung unsaon pag fillup sa form sa bir... technically its not really a requirement... but it would be nice if they do... you just have to widen your perspective... talk to the right people... so you'll get the right answer... now if that right people still dont know a fck... then that person deserve a kick in the face... well thats what ive experienced in dealing with govt employees... you just have to bark the right tree...
