yes i know the use of CCTV don't be a smart ass...but ani na case no need na..SM knows her responsibilities, so no need to argue kay in fairness sa management sa SM abtik man kaayo sila wala man gilimod ni nila..second..as a parent no need na pud mag CCTV para lang tan-awon unsay gi buhat sa parents? kay sa karon hitabo-a ang labing nag bangotan ani ang parents..dili lalim ang grabeng pagbasol sa parents karon..ngano need paman nimo ang CCTV? Just to prove and tulisokon ang parents o SM sa hitabo? sa ako opinion no need na CCTV for this, both parties accept sa nahitabo og wala gi deny sa SM management ang ilang responsibilities.

first of all, i feel sorry for the child over this incident. now my reaction.

to those who are saying that majority of the blame goes to the parents, that is wrong!

it is either wala pa mo inyo jud anak or palabi ra mo sa inyo gibati.

speaking as a father of 1+yr old beautiful toddler, basta mga bata 1-5yrs old, super hyper, super curious jud ni sila. maski asa nalang modagan, maski unsa nalang magunitan, niya butang ra ba dayon sa baba.

for me, i would give some space for my baby to run around, pero magpaduol jud ko as much as possible.

dili lalim & kapoy jud kaayo magbantay ug bata labi na if 0-5yr old pa nga bata.

dili jud na makaguarantee na imo mata naa ra jud sa bata ALL THE TIME kay naa pud bya ka bit2x or naa pud ka lain gicheck kadyot so kamo nga nisulti nga majority of the blame is for the parents, hala, panganak kuno mo niya bantayi na tarong 24/7.

i don't mean to sound that my experience is bitter because having our daughter is one of the greatest things that happened in our life.

it's just dili siya sayon so ergo, i really can't give most of the blame sa parents. yes naa sila pagkuwang, but not entirely their fault.

the majority of the blame however goes to SM. if i were in the shoes of the parents of this child, i will sue the pants off of SM.

the traumatic experience of the child may be lasting, notwithstanding pa gai na ang sakit nga na-agihan sa bata pagkatagak as well as the hospitalization & healing process pa, so suing them for millions & millions may not be enough.

this is apparently a gross negligence sa maintenance sa SM & speaking as a reliability & maintenance admin, this is a very serious shortcoming, labi na public place pa na ang SM.

grabe man gai ang penalty namo diri sa planta or manufacturing area pa gai ni where it is stricly employees lang, samot pa jud na kay public area ang place in question.

Parents and sm share equal blame. If sm will be sued for negligence, parents should be sued for negligence as well.. there is no place that is 100% safe.
