That's the 2nd loss sa Boston this preseason. Ok lang it doesn't matter naman.

Some records I'm looking at that the Boston Celtics might surpass:
Greatest turn around in a season
Current record: San Antonio Spurs 56-26 from 20-52 during the 1997-98 season
Boston held a 24-58 record last season and has to finish at 61-21 at the end of the season for them to surpass the 36-game turn around by the Spurs.
**The Spurs' turnaround was Tim Duncan's rookie year and the return of David Robinson from an injury that sidelined him for the rest of the 1996-97 season. Deja Vu? Pierce had a season blowing injury during the 2006-07 season and got superstars Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen during the offseason.
Best season start
Current record: 15 straight wins. Houston Rockets during the 1993-94 season.
Boston so far is 4-0 and is still 11 straight wins away from tying and 12 straight wins away from breaking such feat. The 12-game stretch will be until Nov. 30. The good news? Orlando is the only team considered as a powerhouse during that stretch. The Celtics are also going to face the struggling Miami Heat which is expected to have Dwyane Wade back in the line-up.
**Houston also went on to win 22 of their first 23 games during such season. The Rockets ended with a 58-24 card and went on to win the title against the New York Knicks.
Best season finish
Current record: 72-10. Chicago Bulls, 1995-96
Having 3 of the best NBA players and belonging to the "weaker" Eastern Conference, the Boston Celtics are expected to end up high in the standings. 68-10 more to go.
the celtics are more on transition game. for me, they can't survive play-offs beating where physical game is tolerated.
sangit ra ni cla sa spurs ika finals.hehhehhe!!!!
I'd rather think that Boston can barge into the NBA Finals if Cleveland, Detroit, Orlando, and even Toronto can't make some further major upgrades in their line-ups and if neither of the Big 3 will be struck with injuries.
