Shouldn't the communists rejoice now that the Hacienda Luisita will be distrubuted to the farmers?

The Communist are so intelligent to know that GMA is only using Hacinda Luisita for her revenge of Cory. The Communist are having a wait and see attitude. They wont fall to GMA gimmick.

Besides Hacienda Luisita's selling price is One Million pesos per hectare. Is GMa willing to pay 1 million per hectare and distribute it to the farmers?
