what could be the best anivirus and firewall
?

None of the above.
The best anti-virus is the user itself. These anti-virus/spyware/firewall utilities can only do so much. If that user is still willing to click YES on a pop-up just to get free emoticons in return or willing to open an email attachment hoping it was nude pictures of Maria Sharapova... then everything else fails.
man,..... my computer is acting up right now,....
i got i virus,... and im using NOD32,... (updates daily),.... re-format time,.... this shiet sucks,....
wats another really good AV out there?
has any one tried "Kaspersky"? and how is it
is BitDefender that good? if u had tried it,..... did u ever get any Virus / trojan infection when u were using this AV??
cholocoy: i'm using nod32, updated also and its doing fine. is your OS updated??
yeah my OS is up to date,.....
i also have Windows Defender
u never or havent got infected with a Virus (trojan,...worms and wat ever is out there)?
cholocoy: OT== well nope. =) *BUYAG* hehehe.
do you a firewall like zone alarm?? or any firewall softwares![]()
cholocoy: what i have in my office is Kaspersky...nindot sad bro. grabe mo detect ug viruses especially sa email. =)
cHoLoCoY: If you setup nod32 properly, it want be hard to get a virus.
I have nod32, Lock'nStop, peerguardian 2 and processguard and until now, no virus, trojan or rootkit, all was blocked properly.
In the wilderssecurity forum (the official nod32 support forum), there are very good seetings for nod32 which prevent almost any infection.
Think about it ths way: If you wear a bullet proofed jacked and go into the warzone, it may protect you a long time, until somebody just shoot you in your head. Know what I mean? If you visit sites which hosts malware and so on, you increase your chance to get infected very much.
NO antivirus scanner, NO firewall, NO antispyware is 100% in detection, consider this.
@ djereza : i used to use the Nvidia built-in firewall,... but i had troubles with some p2p softwares or networking softwares,...
right now,.... im only using the Microsoft's Windows XP built-in firewall,...
should i stick with NOD32 or whitch to Kaspersky or BitDefender
@ softtouch_ph : so what do u recommend that i door what else do i need
