Thanks SG! i lyk ur tips & i also beliv dat the game is best played with strong, flexible wrists & how u can control it. perhaps u can give us tips on how to improve - i still feel my wrists r strong enough but cant get a good control. worst r my smashes - my ryt arm easily wears out after a few games. I wud appreciate it very much if u cud giv sum tips plus off court exercises to follow.
i can help looking for "better" rackets given technology or gimmicks the manufacturers r placing on them nowadays (far from the wooden rackets of old). Ive seen a couple of Carltons last nyt and very tempting. Only that the promoters Gail & Robertsons lost the mixed doubles in the recent England Open - to a Korean Team. im stiking to my la fleche.
BTW didnt u notice u just gave away ur preferred rackets + tensions
follow-up question for u SG - being a smasher s ur la fleche head heavy (naive but just confirming)?
I appreciate it very much SG!
@cdburgh - thanks for the link! I will test proportional stringing on my alternate racket.
@MM - chek out that link nice inputs
