seen infraction and golbrb16's posts. i'm glad i read it, and had the same questions when i did my interview with the american guy through skype.

i would expect considering it is trading, that they'd provide one of the the real motivators for most trading jobs, i.e. commissions and/or performance incentives.

after the guy said there's no such bonuses or anything similar to that nature, i doubted how someone would innately persevere to excel at his role as a trader.

I rest my case and this company is better than what you speculated. Training-wise yes and I am paid as much as they promised. Sa ako lang, wala koy ikasaway sa company and no regrets about joining them.

Initial interview with Mr. Mitch was fine, but he does not want to listen to the details of who you are and what you do. He is always in a hurry.

Then the IQ Exam, 46 Items good for 20 Mins.No calculator. No Cellphone. No Writing on your solution to any piece of paper. No asking questions as soon as the test start.
-They should state on there job post that they need Genuises not software operators and stock market experts-
-Job Description is for all but the test is only for Genuises,who loves to read and solve equation quick using only eyes and brains.

Most of the items on the test are Mathematical Equation.
-No calculator
-No cellphone
-No writing on your solutions to any piece of paper

Some of the items needs the browser to show the picture or load the image,which is not happening.
-You cannot ask the exam facilitator why it will not load because the test is going on-

There is a BIG FLAWS on the SYSTEM that needs to be changed.

NOTE : This Company was already 2 Years old. but still i haven't seen any ASK FOR A BIR RECEIPT.

sayon ra man ang exam. mas lisod ang trabaho. kung di ka kapasar sa exam, di jud ka mosucceed sa trabaho. ang wa kapasar sa exam, mahinang nilalang. LOL

Kinsa nakasulod ani nga companya? Ga duha2x ko ani ug sulod. Something really smells fishy. They portray themselves as a trading brokerage firm pero their industry is listed as "telemarketing" in their business permit. Para sa mga dawat,pila ang inyohang mga score sa 1st test and how did the interview go?

Ga duda jd ko kay gamay ra akoang kuha sa online exam nila, although ok ra lugar ang algebra ug pattern recognition, daun maot akoang interview. I stuttered and was basically silent since I was stressed out as I just recently traveled pero gipapasar japn ko nila for another interview ug gi ingnan pako nga "brayt" daw ko. lol, naka duda na nuon ko kay ang impression sa akoa gapangita silag dali mailad. Sa kaha sa tanaw ninyo? Thanks.

read ur post about these new rules. we are trading fixed interest rates in Europe and this one won't affect us. The opening of the US markets both equities and futures only helps us to close our position for the day.
