    For me, it is just right to send her home provided that:

    1) Yhe employer has been paying for her philhealth
    2) the employer at least gives her pocket money for going home. Okay rag dili kaayu dako or dili enough pampadoctor.

    Reasons:

    1) para dili matakdan iya family kung unsa man gani ang sakit
    2) because the helper needs to rest. And by rest, i mean going home. Lain man sad gud if mag-stay sya sa balay sa amo nga wala sya gawork diba? She should be there to work. Otherwise, she should go home. Mura ra gug kita. If di kaya, magleave.

    3) she's not the responsibility of her boss. Siguro harsh paminawun but that's the reality. Ang responsibility ra sa boss is magpasweldo ug tarong, magpakaon ug tarong, magbayad sa benefits. Other than that, wala na. The boss shouldnt be compelled to treat her more than that. Nga ipa-doctor pa gyud, palitan ug tambal, etc. Sa mga pinoy raman nang mga in-ana na traits

    kaluoy pud.. dapat mogasto siya bisag tambal lang ..or kung papaulion niya , tagaan niyag money para tambal .. responsibilidad pud na niya kay naa baya niya ga stay ang helper .. tsk !

    If cancer or malignant na nga sakit , ahw paundangon nalang niya ug trabaho ..

    maau na bai... pero conditional na pagkatubaga, safe na safe.... often, we are all constrained by economic obligations and difficulties that by doing so we may jeopardize the well being of our family. maabot gyud ka sa punto na you have to choose between other people and your own family. cguro, the most we can realistically do is to help refer them to an institution who deals with charity unless you are a saint.
