@all: Hi guys, I hate to say this (as I'm not a fan of Innove's customer service either) but it's not their fault that our Internet access is slow. Lisod dyud i-repair submarine cables. Best case scenario, mid-Feb, then worst-case end of Feb pa. Ang ako lang unta is since we're not getting our money's worth until the cables are repaired, i-waive unta sa mga telco ato bill. That would show they really care about us. The very least, they could have sent their subscribers letters telling us why access is slow but as usual, wa pa gani ko ka dawat reply from their customer service.
sometimes fast sopmetimes slow.... but i have the patience...
