health teaching should be done at the moment na admit ang PT. pero kung pa exit na. murag wala nmn cgro. . and if mag health teaching pa, wala na nag address sa problm sa pt. nga nahan na sya mo uli.. hmm so ill stick with B.let the pt sign HAMA.

mao jud...migraduate ko 2008 pero hantud karon wa ko nag nurse.. pasar nko nclex pero walay klaro opportunity...end up ko as smalltym businessman...
