Daghan man factors gud in regards to selecting a company with highest pay.

Naay uban companies, like sa sales, nga gamay ang basic pero if maka lapas ka sa quota, dako ka ug incentives. In my perspective, lisod ni ang sales kay if dili ka magkugi pangita ug customers, then wala kay extra income.

Another example, kanang mga oil and gas companies, examples are offshore platforms. Dako ang sweldo, then if maka timing ka ug advanced/hi tech na, gamay nalang ug physical work, kay automated na. Problem with offshore is, high risk ni siya. Anytime it is possible nga mo explode ang rig, or ma accident ka simbako. Malas ka, pero swerte kaayo si pare...

Call centers pod, dako ug starting pero for some people who are not fit with this profession, maka develop ni siya ug boredom. Liman ka, imagine 10 years balik2x ra imong work, tig receive ug calls.

Advantage if naa ka sa industries/planta, kay if engineer ka, pwede ka ma reassign into other departments, sometimes imong choice or choice sa mga amo. Pwede manka sa operation, maintenance, purchasing, design, admin, etc... basta qualified langka. So in these type of profession/industry, mawala ang imong boredom labi na if multitasked ka.
