isnt mustafar the volcano planet? i think it was a combination of shoots from mt etna in italy, some minature models, CG and special effects.
i remember reading bout the lava being jellys na gi sugan lang sa ilalom para mu glow hehehe...

oh the mountains were made out of high density urethane foam (or should i say CARVED out of urethane foam) then sealed with aquaresin for water proofing and hardening it enough to be walked on...mixture of paint and dry brushing the surface was used to get the final effect.

hmmm, would u know what substance that jelly material used as lava in the mustafar environment...
there's two acceptable terms for it...

its actually a thickener, usually used in foods and cosmetics... methylcel or methyl cellulose...wrong spelling ang starwars databank hehe
