Nope, not really. Although Disney owns Marvel, it does not have rights over movies of characters "leased" before the purchase.

Saw the trailer a few days back. It's ok. Just ok. Although everyone is probably sick of Wolverine, I would at least like to see him gut Harry Leland. Instead we get Riptide. And Azazel, a relic of the Chuck Austen era that's best left forgotten.
