correction: ang scenes atong cannibal holocaust depicting human rape/torture are scripted...i know murag tinuod pero those were just really good special effects. ang actual footage ra ato kay katong sa mga animals nga gipangpatay..like katong monkey nga gipatay and the native eating its brains.

I am not a fan of Filipino movies (just the garbage, anyway), i find it too predictable and boring at times.
i mostly watch foreign films when i have the time to watch movies.
Though, i find Hostel and Kill Bill quite violent...i could not quite have the same feelings when i watch a Filipino film a long time ago,the anticipation and being able to relate to the movie.
I still have vivid recollection of an old movie of Richard Gomez, maybe its an all star cast,"Isang Araw walang Diyos".It depicts a fanatical loyalty to a cult leader,lies and human will to survive.
