National Operations Manager of Fitness First Philippines and am disturbed that there are unhappy Members. We look after almost 40000 Members throughout the Philippines and over 1 000 000 worldwide, and want each and every one to be happy satisfied Members. INCORRECT BILLINGS are never intentional. Should you have this problem, kindly contact either the Member Relations Manager, Front of House Manager or Club Manager to solve the problem. Once we have notification of the problem together with the required documentation we reverse the incorrect billing within seven days. We have recently improved our systems to ensure that we achieve better results in this regard. Our goal is zero errors and we're fast approaching success.
