This is okay if... and only if...

You can get a job after HS. In foreign countries, you're already qualified for a "decent" basic job if you've completed High School. In here, murag janitor ra tingali imo makuha kung High School grad ka...mgkalisud pa gani.

What I'm trying to point out is... most of our citizens want to finish schooling asap to get a job and help with the family funding. If this gets implemented, it will take a longer time for everyone to get a job and help out. "Decent" Education is rather expensive here in the Philippines (except for Gov't funded universities where only a selected few are able to get in)...

there are schools in manila that has up to grade 7, aside from the regular 4 years high school. That means naay 11 years. Sa Cebu, murag tanan man siguro grade 6 ra ang grade school?

Basin kulang ang 10 years, if adding 1 or 2 years will improve the students and better prepare them for college? Ambot, wait and see ang effect ani in the long term.

But hopefully, ma improve jud. Sus, nakatawa ko sa contest sa Y101 para sa gustavian. Ang question, asa gikan ang mga tahong nga gi serve sa gustavian. Ang usa ka tubag: sweeedeeen. Anyway, wrong ang tubag. Pero ang pagsulti niya shows we need ways to improve.

Exception to the rule ang imong boss. There are people that are gifted, katong grabe ang "street smarts". The general population still needs education. The better the education they get, the better are their chances. Sa ato, ngano maglisod ang kutob ra high school, kay ang edukasyon nakuha nila, bati pud. So aside from the plan to increase the # of years (quantity), dapat pud tanawon ang quality.

Its a good idea but they should first address the current issues we have with our education system, we lack lots of resources e.g teachers, classrooms, chairs, books etc applicable for public schools only... we don't even have enough basic so how can we manage the 2 additional years some teachers are not even that sharp...

im not against but i just think we are not ready for that... they should resolve our current education issues first and take it from there

ako okey ra man, "Change is good". Ang gusto mo eskwela og mag paeskwela naa gyud nay paagi. kana kung gusto...Bisan pag two-years na kung moenroll gyud na sa DOTA university ayyy...goodluck.. di gyud na kahuman.

Kung moaapply kag let's say caregiver sa canada, they will ask you for at least 72 units equivalent sa two years lacking sa atong system, ngano di naman lang gyud parehason?

Suwayan gud. I personally want change in this nation...It has to start somewhere..
