I don't think there is anything wrong if mg ID lng gihapn even if outside na sa office. It does not hurt anybody if ang ID ngbitay lang sa ilang liog.
I think it also depends on the culture & the policy of the call center if they want their agents to wear their ID everywhere. Sa among CC na naa sa 4th floor, ang mga agents huboon jud ang ID's before monaog sa elevator if padung na uli. On the other hand, and lain na CC na naa sa 3rd floor, their agents always wear their ID's even if naa na sa jeep. So it depends on the culture & the policy of the CC.
If ila reason is proud sila ky nag work sila ug CC, then they have something to be proud of. Ang uban mo-ingon na balik2x or routine or scripted kaau ang work sa CC. But that is not always the case. Each call/customer/client na amo gihandle is different. Each problem/issue that you are trying troubleshoot/fix is different. Each customer that you try to pacify is different. And doing all these while listening to them & typing at the same time & trying to talk to them w/ an American accent adds up to the challenge.
