George Washington was only educated up to eleven years old. But he was a great leader. Manny Pacquiao? We cannot tell this early. He has not started his office yet. Pacquiao has been benevolent even before he entered politics. We cannot equate education with sincere service.

o pero ang major functions sa usa ka congressman is to make laws that are beneficial to people not to be santa claus to it's constituents. kay kung ana lang anybody could be a congressman, so better scrap the legislative function of it na lang. for me personally i am in favor of scrapping the pork barrels coz this is one major source of corruptions. leave it to the local government unit to make projects that are beneficial to it's locals and the congress and senate to legislative functions only.

bro, mao ni ang requirements to be a president of the philippines:
Under Article 7, Section 2 of the Philippine Constitution, in order to serve as President, one must be at least 40 years of age, a registered voter, able to read and write, a Filipino citizen by birth, and a resident of the Philippines for at least 10 years prior to election
anybody can be a president gani, labaw nakaha ang congressman. again, wala pa nato ma testingi si pacman para mo serve as public official. basig maka himo cya og balaod nga maka tabang sa mga athletes sa atong nasod kay diha man cya bihasa.

    +1000 ka sir...
It's been a while and critic gud ko ni pacman if salida og pagkanta og politica na iyang sudlan... I thought he is not capable of doing so and wa sad gud koy makita na hinungdan para mang ingon ana siya... But lately I realize nga si pacman dili sama sa ubang kandidato nag agi sa pagka pubre.. PUBRE gud as in kamang, kakha tuka so I doubt it kung mag binuang siya(ang kuyaw if ang iya mga tigtambag ang mo galgal... sama ni ChAVET--- shit bad influence gud ning tawhana ni pacman.)

but as per constitution of the philippines is concern pacman has the right and he it his behalf believe in his own capability. Give him the credit kay naningkamot man sad ang tao gud niya wa manghasul nato... Condemn only if proven guilty ang usa ka tao..

    sge agi lang ko..

mao diay na ang basihan para nato saligan ang government official? kay tungod nag-agi siya pagkapobre? again, ang trabaho sa congressman is to make laws. you cannot just make laws without knowledge about laws. sige man lang ta ug pamasin oi. sauna, namasin ta nga si Erap ang makahaw-as sa atong kalisod kay para sa masa, unya naunsa man? kung ingon ana diay kadali magbuhat ug balaod, pwede diay sila amay bisaya, kanang maninda ug sigarilyo sa sidewalk nga elementary o high school ra ang nahuman. kanang naa sa atong constitution, qualifications para makadagan sa pagka president, ingon ana na siya tungod kay democratic country man ta.

i know this one bro mao bitaw i am in favor unta sa charter change. this constitution was written during Cory Aquino's term to suit her qualifications as a president kay she was just a plain housewife. imagine this na lang bro, running a country is like running a company. you have a resources, you make budget, you apply the budget to make your company operational. you can only do that if you have a good judgement and solid understanding of what you are doing. di ba kung kita gani mo apply for work in a government office we should passed the civil service exam. why not apply the same to our political candidates? if you happen to own a company would you hire a manager that is an undergrad and has no work experience? i don't think so di ba. mao for me dapat na usbon ang constitution jud kay mao ni nakadala ug lawgaw sa ato government karon. yes, GMA has so many controversies but we can't deny that she also did something good for our economy, cause she applied what she learned from school of economics. if FPJ was our president today, would you agree that we will still be floating inspite of the world economic crisis? Pacman is a good boxer maybe after he retires he creates more boxing gyms that are free or affordable and be a trainer himself if he wanted to help.
