update: as of today Sunday, May 1. No downtimes. WOW! morag na-improve na tingali. Been online since 5:30AM until 4:20PM (as posting) never experienced a single downtime on my base site (urgello).

May unta ing-ani na pirmi. Speed is more excellent.

sige lang diay imo down bai darkwing? sige kung ma-down na sad ko dire post lang nako dire para sad mahibal-an sa uban nga nag-plano mo subscribe. Pero kung about speed, no question kay paspas jud siya.

my internet went down again, called Tech support, told me to ipconfig/release and ipconfig/renew, told me my IP was old, and internet is back again.....

@rlclr no question paspas gyud iyang connection basta naka on, hibung lang ko nganong magcge ko kuha ug bagong IP address sa DHCP server

Good.. Panagsa raman dili maputol diri sa amo. Good connection kay makita ra nako diri ang ilang antenna.. Dako ko signal diri.. k ra kaayo sila IF (and that's a big IF) dili cge ka disconnect.

I would understand kung panagsa ra ang disconnection, but kung pirmi na hasol naman gud..

Ila technical support, hinay pa sa tanang hinay mureply (kana kung mureply man gani)..

for uptime monitoring i use IPTools : http://www.ks-soft.net/ip-tools.eng/index.htm

and there are lots of useful tools inside that software i think 19 or 20 utilities.

update: 1am May 2 meridian was down so i went to sleep at 6am i turned on my pc but still meridian was down so i immediately call *1888 and the cs answered right away, no waiting, but told me to wait 2mins 'coz he was gonna check my connection and after 5mins he told me that there's a technical something going on in cebu and assured me it will be up today.

good news is after just 3 mins my internet is back.
