IM Getting a lot of improvements now 134 kbps, 227kbps, 180kbps 3 test in a silver plan CEBU but still unstable and a lot of DC in the afternoon but during night time 5pm up my connection is more stable ,,hopefully tommorow will improve more .............. at least now there customer hot line number 171 , 4108888 is now functioning....

the July 12 mentioned by Globelines CS is just a timeframe as estimated by their engineers. maybe it would really take 3-4 weeks. at least, things are looking good now. we could also expect some payback from globe, like the rebates and the free speed upgrade, which will start from plan 384.
