    what I do is:

pag satisfied nko sa akong run sa abellana, mo walk sa ko for 2-3 rounds and then do stretchings. Relax for 10-15mins. lakaw then kaon ug tinowa sa McDo. uli and pahuway for 30mins.

so after jogging naa koy almost 1.5hrs nag rest

    ok rani?

i just discovered something funny and useful while jogged today.

while jogging I thought of job interview questions that are most possible to pop-up:
like .... 1. why do you choose to leave your company now?
    2. why replace it with this job that your applying for?
    3. why with us(interviewers company) ?
then I mentally formulate the answers in the most sabutable and convincing way. Visualize the scenario in my mind.... and most importantly , I do the conversation verbally/orally. Ako ako ray gaquestion2x ug katubag2x sa akong kaugalingon.
I DO ALL THESE WHILE JOGGING .... hahahaha .... wa juy kutas !!! nacompleto nalang nako akong rota nga walay hangak. hehehe

it helps jud to keep yourself busy while running . try it. think of a scenario that you want to prepare for ... or maybe you can have fun with movie dialogues . literally talk to yourself (not just mentally) . just don't forget to keep track of the time ha.

    Ting-Uwan napud !!! .... jogging gihapon ?

I popped the question somewhere sometime about anang mabasa ka while running.
I got this logical answer na during funrun , some people go straight to the firetruck near the finish line for a splash. and nothing wrong happened. ang uban while magdagan magbubu ug tubig pa di maoverheat. ... i think from Oakboy, right Bro?

let me add my observation , kita mo anang magsoccer ? padayn gihapon na sila ug duwa bisag uwan.

ergo .. ok ra magjogging bisag mabasa sa uwan. I've tried this a number of times now. basa tanan asta boxer ug midyas kay kusog uwan. waman ko naunsa hinuon.

bantay lang d maslide ha ...

so jog na bahalag mangabasa !!!!!

i don't think i'll ever reach that level of performance. my goal is just a sub-hour 10k. i never been on that region before. the other one is to run a half-marathon again. kinsay nakahibalo sa sked sa cebu-leg sa milo marathon?
