1.) Unsay payment terms ani kung through pag-ibig? 20% DP-80% PAG-IBIG. Loan to PAG-IBIG can be paid upto 30 yrs.

2.) Kinsay developer? Psalm Property Ventures. They specialize on developing lots only subdivision. In fact this project is already thier 24th one.

3.) Kami mag-buot sa house? Like pwede ba mi magtukod ug payag or mansion? Nahan man gud mi in 2 years pa cguro namo tukuran ug balay kay naa pamn mi balay nya panday sad akong papa pwede r b cya r magbuild sa house? Yes ofcourse, pwede kaayo. Actually, the developer is very lenient with regards to the house construction. You can decide upon the construction cost, specifications of the house, architectural aspects, etc etc., as long as it's durable.

Hi, thanks for your interest too.

The NO DOWNPAYMENT Option is only applicable to IN-HOUSE financing scheme, which is payable upto 3 yrs no interest.

As for the PAG-IBIG option, we have a downpayment of 20% of the total contract price, but anyway, it is stretched into 12 months with 0% interest, para dili kaayo bug-at.

yes we still have 100 sqm available slots, only 2 nalang ang nabiilin..

With regards to the house construction, as I said at the post above, the developer is very lenient. As long as the house is safe and durable, no problemo..
