it depends on how you define BAD drivers. to me, bad drivers are drivers who drive very slow on a hi-way, drive very fast on a back street, can't park right, abusive drivers, and don't have any idea what "defensive driving" means.

did the article talk about the cause of those fatalities?

was it due to the bad driving of the driver himself, or was it due to some precipitating factors---such as drunk driving, etc?

It didn't say but since we are using the adjective BAD with no specific descriptions of how BAd is Bad then anything that causes fatality can be categorized under bad.

i was being sarcastic. it's just like saying kids should be banned from smoking smarties.

i bet you it's due to the high fatality rate of drunk driving. to me it's not bad driving per se, because the adjective "BAD" in this thread is defined as BAD meaning "she sucks at driving".
