Ma feel gyud nimo how much he loves his country, and how proud he is to be American. I hope the two parties will come together to get down to work to address the US' problems.

agree....i posted sa pikas thread same sa imo reaction....he gained my respect jud sa ending...para nako...it takes a bigger person jud to admit defeat ..and to do it gracefully and without malice....i even said he looked relieved...siguro a part of him was overwhelmed sa idea nga mag hasol2x pa siya sa iyang twilight years....if only our politicians can follow his example huh?

Yes thats true..its his political statement. And that would be bad news for BPO companies here in the Phils. but i dont see that happening the soonest...but maybe 2 or 3 yrs. time we could see some drastic changes.

Now - I'm more concerend about him picking his cabinet members. Most importantly, who is gonna be the Secretary of Treasury? ... Oh please please please... not another wall street banker!!!!

Another thing - I'm hoping that Obama would drop Paulson and Bernanke off the whole picture. He should not depend on these guys like how WARCHIEF BUSH did. Problem is, witht he bailout bill being passed, Obama is going to inherit that 700 Billion pain in the butt... that along with the inflated debt, budget deficit, etc.... Now, he's got two choices. Either he listens to such idiots as Bernanke and Paulson or he thinks on his own... and realize that He's Not Just A Figurehead, nor a Puppet Of The Bankers And Fraudsters!!!!
