My take on the issue based on news reports bisan late na ?

- WHy in the world would the people here BLAME the girl as to why she got RAPED ?

- Why in the world would someone say GABA and MIRISI kay IGAT ang girl ? Do you guys and gals personally know her ?

- RAPE can happen anywhere , inside the school , mall , house , farm , river , zoo etc ... when RAPE happens , that choice was from the BOYS judgement and not from GIRLS no matter how inviting it is .

- The RAPE issue is being sensationalized because it happened inside the UNIVERSITY , an ORGANIZATION was involved and the suspects GANG RAPE her . WHat difference would that make if it happened somewhere else and only 1 person RAPED her ? Bottom line is , a RAPE was commited and is anact that used to be PUNISHABLE by DEATH .

FYI, it was not yet stated that it was a fraternity or not, what was stated in reports was that it was a non-credited organization. See, you people doesn't even get the facts right and immediately conclude.
