When someone is accusing the president of corruption, we should not be lawyering for the president or take sides immediately, we should weigh things over or research and ask questions, before we decide which camp is telling the truth. That is being objective.

I agree... and yet here we are lambasting Lozada, at his first appearance... and when Enrile comes up with his angle, we outrightly believe him... Isn't it ironic

ok, so if thats d case. this matter is closed (except unsay recommendation sa senate)...i just hope J.Lo was consistent on this. if im not mistaken, he made it appear that he was bribed when he showed the 500k to the senate which was so different now when Gaite and Ermita were questioned w/ him...

- Why would Gaite give 500K to Lozada who he barely knew?
- Why would airport officials go around their protocol to secure a person?
- Why would PNP don't have any particular plans to secure a person
- Why would PNP try very hard to avoid media attention.
- Why would they bring Lozada to a attorney who he doesn't know to issue an affidavit claiming he doesn't know anything.
- Why would Defensor tell Lozada "just make a presscon and tell You don't know anything"

This questions are more alarming than Lacson talking to Lozada.

Hey Just wanted to point out that I read a recent issued of Sunstar, and Gov. Gwen Garcia and the mayor of Toledo are voicing the same opinion as Vice-Mayor Rama.

Hmmm... today's Sunstar (March 6, 200 also has a quote from Mayor Thomas Osmeña, who is describing the Senate probe on the NBN contract as "turning into a political circus.":

"The Senate is not the court. I see a pattern that (sensational issues) are all they seem to care about while we the local gov't. executives try to call for their attention. Why don't (they) apply as a judge, ombudsman, city prosecutor or city fiscal? Actually, its nice to watch the investigation. But for a while, enough!"

If Lozada's credibility is what is being questioned by GMA and her pittbulls - then how come Malacanang went to all that trouble just because of this ONE person ?

1. Lozada was told to go to HK
2. Lozada was taken for a joyride by people sent by Malacanang
3. Defensor gave him 50K ( supermarket money kuno)
4. Gaite gave him 500K ( coat/jacket money kuno)
5. NBI ransacked his office
6. Erwin Santos a.k.a. copycat went on gov't tv channel crying after spending the whole morning of that day in Malacanang
7. GMA admitted to Joe Taruc she knew NBN ZTE deal had a flaw the night before going to China
8. GMA's pittbulls denied GMA admitted there was a flaw the day after lol


But the only question I would like someone/anyone to answer is - why is Ben Abalos involved in the NBN ZTE deal ? In what capacity ?
