you know what, i guess proactive is very useful and will really help to get those pimples out on your face. try it its effective jud. i used it already and i'm very happy with the effects. its quite expensive jud mga 3,000+ & can be bought in watsons already. Pero bhala nag mahal kysa mag antos ka sa pimple mo dba? tigumi lang gud, mas mahal pa magpa derma...swear!

i don't agree with this, sis. i think it's cheaper to go to a derma. i have read a lot of reviews about proactiv and it really depends kung hiyang ka sa product or not. it's still best to consult a derma and not to experiment with OTC products or you'll end up spending a lot more than you're supposed to. i learned this through experience because i wasted a lot of my hard-earned money by experimenting with OTC products. what's good for one person may not good for you, too. that's why i'm religiously following the regimen recommended by my derma and using her products because they are the best for my skin.

you are right... you will be asked about your make-up, acne history, allergic reaction to medication, so on and so forth... what would work for some, might not work for another... what dermatologists would normally suggest are retinol based product, erythromycin, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic, depending on how much problem the patient has.. these are very afforable, benzoyl is P120 only and it will zap your pimple overnight... erythromycin solution will dry them up... retinol will slough off dead skin and it will prevent future pimples and wrinkles, P240 only from a dermatologist... i can give numbers if ever... or you can visit this site www.coco-puro.com for reference or www.povertyobsolete.com look for kate Jones Beauty Finds

if hormonal, you willl be asked to take diane35 to regulate the imbalance... this will help clear up your face, but the side effects are mood swings, weight gain, so on and so forth... the worse case scenario is you will be asked to isotretinoin which has more side effects: depression, suicidal tendencies, things like these... however this will reduce sebum or oil production of your skin so maganda talaga ito

if daghan jud imo pimples mas maayo go to a dermatologist..ayaw pataka ug take or butang imo face bisan ma worst nuon..
if tagsa ra imo pimples, use benzac para mo dry or eskinol overnight gel..

for: pimple, not acne.. i want to get rid of it because there's a wedding i need to be at this weekend.
(you know, just that 1 pimple that comes out of the blue)

and has anyone tried Clean & Clear Active Clear Speed Clearing Gel? Does it really work in 24 hours?


i think both panoxyl and speed clearing gel contain the active ingredient benzoyl peroxide...

please post your suggestions or anything that you can help from experience... thanks
