If mag adobe premier ka its a must you get an nvidia card, the mercury engine can run at the card freeing the cpu and it runs about 100-200x faster!

I would not really recommend WD drives for any purpose because they are slow,noisy and hot. Get the Samsung F3 series.

go for i5 SB procie then VC with CUDA probably gtx 460 above also get a decent PSU for a peaceful mind.

another thing the harddrive would also matter.

for rams better get the dual channel kit for additional performance.

In premier if you have a modern nvidia card, the CPU can just goto sleep while the videocard instantly renders everything.
