Titles in all 'Caps'?

Wala lang jud ko kasabot! might be a style nga all capital letters or para lang jud dali makita ang thread?
Labaw na sa Buy & Sell .. sometimes, sakit sa mata! mao raba jud dali ma kit-an dagko kaayo tanawon ang titles .. (hehe) Ambot! Pwede diay ni mga boss?

Ok I get it! was thinking that few people have bad eyesight.. the only way they can see what they are reading... never thought naa diay existing rules para ani, seems unfair man gud especially sa uban sellers kay masdali ra makita ilang thread if naka all-caps. Anyway, thanks! as usual 'Report Post' lang

I like this rule. It gives all posts uniformity in terms of how they appear on a list.
