the word's you didn't say because you have not let the other person know how you think. that makes it frustrating.

its a a double-edged sword if you ask me....

TS, for me... its the words I said... Why?? because you cant change already the words you uttered.. whereas the words you didnt say (to that person) can and still be said in time....

when you say something but regret at the end for uttering that word... that is for me the worst jud... you cant bring it anymore and you cant take or recount those words ever.. (once you said it) It will be forever a trademark of something good..or something bad.... it depends on how you interpret it...na tatak na ug d na na mapapas pa...

not saying the words.. is to your advantage still... you can ultimately say this word sooner or later man gud.. so sa binisaya pa.. dili mausab ang unsa mang 'status quo' ninyong duha... you can work this to your advantage.. that is my take....

Thinking about what-ifs, for me, is worse than staying firm to (or perhaps regretting) what you had said. If you said something that you regret afterwards (although I had long abandoned regret from my vocabulary) you have yourself to blame it. But if you did not say something you feel like saying, then you will have the uneasy feeling of uncertainty. There is also the feeling of wanting to blame yourself for being cowardly while thinking twice and justifying the actions with the thought that you were merely being cautious.

For me, what-ifs are like torture to your emotional and psychological self. And that is by far worst.
