hi all,

i can say that working here in icomm has its ups and downs, but most of the times you are down. hahaha joke..i inum lang na if ever

actually it is often a test of your state of mind, how well you cope with difficulties and meet up with the challenges that comes your way. As for me, i am now happy and contented working for accounts. i've learned a lot about the business and it sharpens your english proficiency.

So i can rate ICOMM in general as 8 coz with the current changes and improvements, we are definitely going there!! cheeers

First of all, IComm is a great company to work for especially if you're a car enthusiast.

Second, I'm JCN - John Clark Naldoza. I've been suspended at NEC, once, for coming in late too many times (due to doing too much overtime to some project). I never got to 75k in Bigfoot, maybe you've got your financial information mixed up. I have rubbed some of my guys the wrong way, and even some people on other teams as well... perhaps you're telling me none of you have ever rubbed anyone the wrong way in your professional life?

Third, if you feel I have taken you "thunder" or what you have done and "owned" it as my own please send me an email njclark@gmail.com and we can set up a meeting wherein we can discuss this out of the office with drinks, my treat. And there have been times I "owned" a release, specifically when there was something wrong that happenned (perhaps it would've been better not to own such a product and fed my group to the wolves?)

Finally, if you feel I am useless. Kindly let me know why directly and specifically, don't hide in generalizations or the power of the rumour mill, so that you and I may be able "learn" from it properly. If you'd like to vent off steam for the sake of making you feel good, that's fine and that's your business.

P.S. Playing computer games in this company is discouraged, as directed by the owners of the company. Just an FYI.

First of all, so sorry guys if it took so long for me to post, I was away (vacation) and implemented OpenSource for my freelance for a few days.

Well back to this guys, honestly I do not have really some grudge on JCN, it is just that I just don't want he manage people. I rubbed somebody but in a right way, and they are happy, I am certain with it. And I am certain that I have not rubbed anyone in a wrong way, but its a good thing that you acknowledge though, at least an improvement... I am happy for you, you are not like that before

And I am certain on some things also that you have owned a product but then, if it has a defect, and you always use the famous microsoft offce tool which is "power point", and yes you feed them to the "wolves". Are you sure that in your previous employement NEC, Bigfoot, and now iComm, your bosses are wolves, halaaaaaa!!!!

Sometimes... Rumor is not rumor at all. If should spring from something realistic.

Well for iComm wannabees, Just make sure that you know how to deal with some people when you are in this company, because i heard, iComm is not bad at all. Just for some few people.

You had this kind of personality that would terify people. Again, you might say that its just rumors, but I belong to those people John..... I can say its true... And if you only knew...
