nag apply ko diri as web designer nila, gi ingnan ko nga interview na pag abot nako gi pa take ko og IQ exam na lisod kaayo, i mean what's the connection between the iq exam and web designing? duh wala ko ni tiwas sa exam lakaw ko direcho

this is the 1st hub for their main office in manila... currently expanding to the other side of the 9th floor.
Wave 1 ko sa ila inbound account... its an online pharmacy... dali ra kaau ang account tinud-anay lang
kaso mejo hassle lang gamay ang inbound account kay WEIRD kaau ang pagka FLEXI sa scheds...
outbound accounts got fixed RD, mas lisod ila trabaho... ehheheh
and the best part is, you sell yourself... so kung convincing ka sa imo capabilities, dako dako jud imo sweldo... pero kung taas rpaud kaau... ay, basin mawad-an kag trabaho...
gagmay jud cubicle pero carry rmn... bibo gali kay pirmi chikka ehehe
dli sila nahan ug queueing kay ga apas sila sa service level... so meaning... AVAIL MI!!
bad thing lang is no scheduled breaks... it will just be broadcasted kung kinsa mag break... worst was ni abot ug 5hrs ayha mi naka first break.... kapoia lageh. pero ok ra. worth it rman sweldo. ehehe
daghan applicants bya... mao kapoi ang pag pangapply pero saun ra jud sya ai... dli stressfull ug ang sweldo nako musugakod sa sweldo sa dagko nga company... im just a lvl1 agent... and im quite happy with my pay... ako sweldo nga 2 ang absent in 1 payday murag same or more pa sa sweldo sa qualfon nga perfect attendance. LOL

i'm currently working there.. I'm happy.. dili stressful and the people are great, the Supes are cool too, mura lang ug agent. the OM has a temper sometimes, but he's a great guy. Ok raman.. but that's MY opinion.. not everyone else's. hehe.
