bro sure ka apil ka ug marathon? kay murag ang half marathon is 21k man. murag wala paman cguroy 20k nga marathon ever gi organize sukad ako ni apil SYUR ka? unsa nga marathon ang 20k imu gi apilan?

yes bro that is right, half is 21, marathon is 42k. ultra is 64k. and ironman is 50k

triatlon is 65k

i'm planning to go one level higher by doubling my run.. from 5km to 10km, para training nako sa ako sport (soccer). unsay difference sa running style sa 5k?any tips para mulahutay ko ug 10k??
