try ABACA restaurant
its located after hilton hotel
its nice
romantic
exclusive
but walk in are entertained
i just forgot the name of the other restaurant in nivel hills
formerly cafe orchidia
just right before ford motors and bmw
nice ambiance

try Cebu White Sand Resort...murag naa na clay eat all you can for only P600/pax. inquire lang jud pra sure.
