I like Gustavian - it's like Spanish / Filipino fusion food but too expensive IMHO I love their beef salpicao and steak
Wakamatsu is my favorite - definitely worth it, love the yakiniku and the Korean cold noodles, yum!

also try Elizabeth hotel near ayala fronting 1 accacia
every saturday only for only P689+
they have us roasted angus beef with japanese foods
and other entrees

try UNO at WATERFRONT HOTEL LAHUG & CASINO CEBU CITY FOR ONLY 650 EAT ALL YOU CAN BUFFET.
