we are on TLO for AOC region. naunsa nmn na sila oi... i dont think so microsoft will give in to their demands. but i spoke with a friend. call volume is increasing as per say.. and according to management they need 170agents but still its too much to accomodate the calls. anyone? any ideas on whats going on??
