im trying to decide if i should resign or not. i have pending promotion but i havent even received my new rate from my previous promotion last year in june. mag 1 yr na wala japon machange ako rate nya ipromote napud ko.. more tasks, more responsibility = same pay!!
There were several reasons why I resigned from my previous company. But the tipping point was basically the realization that I don't know where I was heading after a year and a half with them. It was a great company and it was an honor working there and with my fellow colleagues, but I just can't deny that my interests lie in business. So, I resigned. I left a potential technical scholarship to Japan and had to take a salary cut on my career shift. But now, I'm happy with my current job.![]()
