keep on pressing F8 during restart. then select LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION ..or SAFEMODE. check naa bay nag tangag nga usb device sa luyo or disk sa dvd drive.

try daw sa windows shortcut..

- press and hold windows key + R (if walay problema imong windows it should show you the run dialogue box)
- type "taskman" to run task manager
- type "explorer" to run explorer (start menu)

How to Enable and Disable Task Manager Through Registry Editor :

hold window button, then press "R'
Type the “regedit” or “regedit.exe” and hit enter.
In the Registry Editor Window, go to this hive and key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\System
Look for the name: DisableTaskMgr
Just delete this name or you may also change its value: 1 to Disable and 0 to enable. In this case we want it to enable so just enter the value 0.
