Do you actually know what Separation of Church and State means?

As per the Constitution, it ONLY means that the State cannot impose a state religion or otherwise unduly favor a church. it doesn't mean that all churches cannot be exempt from taxes (especially when churches do a better job of using money for the people than this corrupt government does). The exemption of churches from tax is IN THE CONSTITUTION. It also does NOT mean that churches cannot comment on current events especially when they have moral consequences.

Separation of church and state has nothing to do with taxes. So long as they are income generating, taxes should be imposed.
