Depende man siguro sa profession, if needed jud nga mag post2x ka, kanang pwede ka duolon sa inyong balay naay magpa pirma nimo or mangayo sa imong professional advice.

Pwede ni siya sa mga Attorneys, CPA, Master Plumbers, Master Electricians, Civil / Geodetic / Electrical Engineers, or Doctor of Medicine.

Even though if I am an engineer, I refuse to post my name and profession outside our house, because do not find any purpose in doing so, because my profession is primarily useful towards industries.

It's better to be humble.. kay mas daghan maganahan nimo, then mas sikat nuon ka... hahahaha!

^^ I have seen some houses, especially kanang naa na sa mga provinces... hasta BSCompsi, BSBA-Commerce, IT, Licensed teacher, ug kanang dili na jud required kay ilang e post sa ilang gawas... ataka lageh! hahahaha!

Some they say its vanity...but then what else is new?
Kinsa man kuno dili vain ron panahona showing things or assets---cars, fancy clothes, expensive celfones & laptops.

If para nila and asset nga dapat ika panghambog pud or to be proud of is professional attainment
then mas mu favor pa ko ani kaysa kanang pa choi2x ug mga gadgets, or mga butang

or naa man pud cases its (karatula) just a form of advertising their services

para nako (sorry sa na igo) katong ni ingon its vanity just falls under the case of envious of the things they don't have, attained or accomplished. Or plain materialistic and their sense of valuable position
is shallow

Because when you speak of vanity man gud sa atoa...bisan asa ka mulingi its very evident in our culture

I beg to disagree pud if you find it similar sa facebook
Facebook is an online venue or social networking portal and its suppose to connect people
by letting them (friends, familly & loveones) know of our activities---vacation, daily activities...etc
sort of connecting to them by sharing our experiences and thoughts--positive or not.

Lahi na sab na ui having to go to the effort and expense putting up signs like that
in face its just a click of a mouse and tap of the keyboard in within the comfort of you
favorite chair, couch, bed or anywhere you feel like reaching out to someone.
