Default Paid up capital for a corporation

i hope somebody can share his/her knowledge regarding my question.

If your declared capital for your company is 1M, you do not need to put up the whole amount just to be registered sa SEC. There is a certain percentage lang nga considered paid up capital para you can start your business.

Ako question karon is when siya dapat i-complete ang 1M? I went to SEC sa Guadalupe and ask the information officer. Ingon siya nga dili daw mamugos ang government sa mga owners to complete the 1M kay ok ra daw as long as not below sa mandated nga percentage. But when I asked if naa ba na siya sa "manual" sa SEC or whatever nga naka black-and-white, ingon siya nga wala daw. How come nakahatag siya ana nga information then walay basihan?

As a law abiding citizen, gusto ko makabalo kay basin pa lang hinoon ma shock ta anig kalit kay pangayo-an na ta then if dili ta ka put up sa 1M, ipasira atong business? Klaro baya kaayo nga innocence of the law excuses no one pero how come dili sila kahatag ug klaro nga information? Lisod kaayo if hearsay ra ato basihanan.

So now, gi post ni nako diri kay basin nlang naay maka share ug info and lead me to where jud ta makakuha ani nga information? Or maybe someone diri naay experience na about ani? Basin naa mo kaila sa SEC, pa introduce ko. Usahay kay kailangan pud ta naay kaila sa sulod sa government agency para tabangan jud tag maayo

    I hope naay makatabang
