I don't subscribe to conspiracy theories and Bin Laden was a monster borne of religious extremism. It was religion not his cold-war experiences which made him what he was... a mass murderer posing as a holy man.

Osama might be dead, but the principle of terrorism is still there! But in contrast, death is too good for Osama, for the lives that were lost with his so called Jihad War with the west!!!

But again, it won't stop terrorism....

This may not change anything in the medium to short term, but Al-Qaeda certainly lost an almost mythical figure in Osama. This is a huge inspirational set back as far as recruiting, planning, and implementing their goals.
