well, going back to the discussion. Gloria DECLARED that the Philippines is no longer a THIRD world country. on what grounds have she actually based that?! statistics again... it is as if she is giving a FACT without proof! we still lag behind other Asian countries and our facilities, education system and people's welfare stay mediocre... Murag wala na change contrary to her declaration that the Filipino lives are way better than before.

I would agree that even the best ruler runs this country, so long as the Filipino is consistent with such way of thinking... We are not going anywhere...

You can't feel the effects immediately when it comes to foreign exchange! It will take 1 to 5 years to feel it. How about 12 VAT, did you feel the effects dayon upon the signing of the law?
