    to lose weight is also a science which is very complicate jd considering we all have differet body types, so lain2x ang mo work but ders always that general way that works for most...

    rememeber, exercise is just 20%, nutrition is 80%... if u dnt get results, like real results, then u haven't changed ur eating habits... i don't use diet as thw ord nowadays, because most people think it is a crash course or something temporary and then after that they just simply go back and eat the same food... well, it has to be a lifestyle gyud...

    bro im still 16 years old and i weigh 275lbs/125kg i need suggestion's on a diet.i just went to gym last week then i do every other day 30minutes cardio.and replace white rice to brown rice.my problem is shall i still eat red meat or shall i just eat canned of tuna everyday?then i minimize the intake of softdrinks/sugar.if i craved sweet what i do is eat yougurt or have a glass of orange juice

    i try lang yaw eat ug rice insteed of rice saging na sab a lung aga mao i puli sa rice...then proper exercise... i works.. in 3 months na in ana bsta try.
