Saickiek - Sleeping - like it! We actually burn about 71 calories per hour when we sleep. If you get 10 hrs of sleep per day, that's about 710 calories burned! Hehehe!

Nice one Vermillion. I don't do diving push ups and sit ups though. Sit ups is an exercise commonly performed with the aim of strengthening the hip flexors and abdominal muscles. Some argue that situps can be dangerous due to high compressive lumbar load and may be replaced with the CRUNCH in exercise programs.![]()
cardio, weights and pool laps
1) Pushups. Different hand positions every set
2) Pull ups. Different grips every set
3) Burpee with pull ups! Probably the best for HIIT
