i want to apply in a CC but i dont have any expirience..any tips for training grounds

@masakiton noh? wala ko kabaw naa diay difference sa minimum if naa kay degree. pero i strongly disagree about the educational attainment qualification. there are people who are very qualified for a position but because he/she is not a college grad dili ihire. naa pud graduates na wala jud skill and bogets kaayo og analysis etc pero naa sa position.

Try writing, make blogs, articles.. Write about anything you can think of and make use of Microsoft Word para naay spelling check and grammar check. It will really help you a lot in sentence construction, vocabulary, spelling, grammar. Basically, it will help you with your communication skills.

sa una naka try ko apply ug CC, mao pa jud to pagsugod sa CC sa cebu, sa Etel to sa una sa may Keppel bldg, Gipa take ra exam nya gipabasa ug isa ka paragraph, ok na daw. Gi sched interview sa manager wa ko nitunga nya gitawagan ko nga pa ready kay adtu na manila training.

wa ko nidayun kay adtu manila nya murag di sad ko ka survive sa training guro.

I suggest you apply in Emax or Eperformax TS, sa JY Square? Kana xla. Nindotan kos ilang communication skill training, and usa pa.. muhatag jd xlag chance sa mga kelangan jug longer commu training, bali naa mana profile2 sa mga mkapsar for first phase (GCT (commu training).. either 101 (1 week) kas GCT, 103 o 106 (3 or 6 weeks kas GCT training)...naa poy 109 kung kelangan jud taas2 na training, bali 9 weeks ka, if d ghpon ka kpasar sa 109, anha nka d jud madawat for 2nd phase sa training TS. try lang. =)
