That thread title editing thread is just my option para ma-separate ang mga requests.
But the most effective way is to click the report post button then state there that you want the title to be changed.

By submitting a report, you will have a better chance nga mapansin imong request kay kaming tanan makabasa ana, unlike kung i-PM nimo sa usa ra ka mod kung offline siya aw maghuwat ka.

no need to evaluate mods. they already know how good they are at doing their jobs (i'm joking).

seriously, i do not see the point of this thread other than making the mods feel good when they're praised and bad when they're criticized. they're humans too and they have feelings.

Dili mi makausab ana kay default na na siya, except for that custom message in red color.

Mura siya ug checkbox ba, naa nay mga selection daan, like, thread hijacking, spamming, buying out of buy & sell, etc.
Kung unsa ang gi-select namo mao na siya ang ibutang sa PM.

Usually, I don't write additional messages, since the reason included is enough and I want the user to wonder what the violation is about then he will read the entire rules to look for it.

What's important is that the user will know that he violated a rule and that he will look for it among the Forum Rules page.

Love letter or not it's the same infraction with the same expiry date.

@yjob, since we are talking about evaluation which lead to improvement..and we have observe that mostly dri if makadawat infraction, they are affected personally, why not use/attach some personal notes? it ain't that hard, as for me. btw, i am not pushing my suggestions guys. these are just my thoughts as we all want to improve the performance of every one here involved.

and believe me, not everyone read the rules even if they get an infraction. knowing that one have violated the rules won't assure you that he/she will look at the rules.

The point of an evaluation is not about feelings. It's about an objective assessment of how one performed a job, which can be a basis for improvement.

Personally, I think what Springfield is trying to achieve in this thread is to let all those people na nakalalis niya in the other threads come out and say something constructive. Meaning, to criticize his moderating style -- pero in a constructive manner.

Like for example kadtong taas na lalis nila sa dog crossbreeding, ug kaning way katapusan na lalis nila ni Soul Doctor sa conspiracy thread.

But that's just me.

a "job" is when i get paid to do what i'm supposed to do. but really, i don't mean to provoke an argument here. it is all subjective. i'm not a mod, so i don't know how it all works. i'm just giving my opinion. i had my "evaluation" of you in the previous pages, and i even praised you for doing a good "job".

A job is something you need to do because you are being TASKED and doesnt mean you have to be paid for it . If you get paid then the better . You are probably referring to WORKING as a WORKER , LABORER or EMPLOYEE lol .

I was a little surprised when I encountered this mod in a different thread. He was supporting a nonsense thread and it's TS because he is his officemate and a friend. I know some people who already left istorya and planning to leave this site because nonsense threads are becoming rampant.

I swear I didnt want to waste my time blurting my views with nonsense threads but he's not making sense at all. I was wondering how he became a mod or who nominated him?

Sometimes there are interesting nonsense threads. I'm ok with it but if you just boast something of yourself and just want people to comment or want attention from other posters I guess it's not worth starting a thread. Mods should filter these things and other nonsense threads that I don't want to enumerate.

We had moved a lot of these threads to Humor section temporarily, so that the posts won't count. That's why some people were asking why their number of posts dropped, it's because they have been participating in these perpetual threads regularly.
